Humor, relatability, and good memories – that’s what Roseanne’s full of. The show was, thankfully, adapted for a revival in 2018, where the writers reveal how the characters have grown up to be. But what were the celebrities doing while they were away? Let’s find out.
Sara Gilbert
Those who follow Sara Gilbert must have seen her appear on The Big Bang Theory. After her exit from this show, the celebrity went on to co-host as well as produce The Talk until 2019 – the same year that she parted ways with her wife, Linda Perry. Sara also happens to be the reason behind Roseanne’s revival, where we see that her character is now a divorced mother of two.

Lecy Goranson
After the fifth season, we saw Lecy exiting Roseanne since she had college to attend. Now, we see her in the revival of the show, though Sarah Chalke, who played the character after Lecy’s departure, has taken turns with her to play the role.
On-screen, we see Lecy has become a waitress at a restaurant, while off-screen, she continued working on movies like The Extra Man and Buck Run.
Sarah Chalke
The second Becky. Sarah has a record of appearing in the most popular TV shows, including Rick and Morty, How I Met Your Mother, and Scrubs. She made a comeback in the revival as Andrea, a rich woman.
John Goodman
While we see Dan Conner die of a heart attack in the finale, the man magically resurrected in the 2018 sequel. The portrayer, John Goodman, has been seen in various box office movies – Barton Fink, O Brother, and Community, to name a few. He is now married to Annabeth Hartzog and has a daughter named Molly.

Johnny Galecki
After Roseanne, Johnny Galecki worked in The Big Bang Theory for as long as it stretched. He emerged as a star through the show and, now, lives happily with his partner, Alaina Meyer, and son, Avery.
Laurie Metcalf
Laurie often outshone the rest of the cast while playing her role. She, too, has appeared in The Big Bang Theory along with other productions, like Toy Story and Frasier. The celebrity has been married twice and has four children, one of whom is Zoe Perry.
Michael Fishman
After the show ended, Fishman was seen playing small roles in Seinfeld and Hitz. In the revival, his character has grown up to become a DJ.
Roseanne Barr
The light of the show, in actuality, is famous for all kinds of reasons. The most popular one was when she sang the national anthem at a baseball game. Roseanne has been married twice, and once to the writer of the show, Tom Arnold.
Roseanne Barr has changed a lot
Even though the cast of the sitcom has grown older, it still has the same level of humor as it did in 1988. While the actors have their personal lives to look after, it’s good to see that almost all of them have had quite a success in their careers.
